- 2.2. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices at the time of order placement will apply.
- 2.3. Minimum order quantities may apply, and bulk pricing may be available upon request.
3. Payment
- 3.1. Payment terms shall be agreed upon in writing between Green Smile Ceylon and the buyer.
- 3.2. Payments should be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

4. Quality Control
- 4.1. Green Smile Ceylon is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards for its products.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
